- CRM (with different scenarios and irregularities during the flight, i.e. CRM skills and leadership capabilities of the crew are being tested)
- Flights from take-off to landing (planning and execution of a flight from A to B (SID and STAR) including crew briefing)
- Basic navigation skills (MSA-minimum safe altitude exercises, holding patterns, steep turns and situational awareness exercises. Other “failures” upon request)
